Here’s my February calendar artwork for the Korean TV series Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. I thought I’d do something a little different to my usual choice of SG1, SGA or TS this time round, so I hope you'll like it.

I decided to include 2 versions of the calendar because I personally prefer the simplicity of the cropped version more than the full sized wall. I’ve also included a de-calendarized version too.

I made these walls back in September for the WW challenge on Lost Fandoms. At the time I couldn't decide which version I preferred the most so I entered them both. Looking back on them now I think I prefer the first one.

The challenge requirements are listed below:

Theme: Joy
Character : G Callan
Main Color : Purple
Object : Nature @ Dawn Productions
Texture : by Lesley
Quote: Your choice if you'd like to add something:)

This wall was created in response to topic challenge 2 on Lost Fandoms. The challenge was/is to make a wall (or walls) for as many of the actors listed below as you want. You were/are allowed to use any work from their filmography but must ensure that the artwork was/is based on the selected topic: HUMOUR. The actors chosen for this round are still: Mark Harmon, Joe Flanigan, Anthony Starke, George Clooney and Dennis Quaid.

This is actually my second entry even though I'm posting it first LOL. I selected O Brother, Where Art Thou! as up until recently I hadn't made a George Clooney wall and as he was my actor of choice I figured I better do something. *grins* I know the files a bit big so it may take a while to load, apologies for that, but if I reduced the resolution it totally sucked. After saving and ditching the PSD file I realise I could have shrunk the overall size down but didn't. *face palm* Oh well, it is what it is now. It's worth watching the gif on full screen to appreciate the animation, or at least I think it is.

For those unfamiliar with the movie here's a quick summary: Ulysses Everett McGill (George Clooney), a suave, fast-taking convict, escapes from incarceration in Mississippi during the Great Depression. He is chained to two other prisoners, so the three must escape together.

In all honesty I never made it past 10 minutes with this film, it’s not my cup of tea at all. That being said there was a scene near the beginning that made me chuckle and I focussed on that for the artwork. Hope it gives you a laugh.

As my third entry for topic challenge 1 (family) on Lost Fandoms I selected One Fine Day with George Clooney. I think this wall also works for challenge 2 (humour) as well. I love this film, the children are adorable in it and it's a lovely romance, this particular scene is one of my favourite moments from the film. I hope you'll like it. I know the blending isn't all that great.

If you're not familiar with this movie here's a quick summary: Melanie Parker, an architect and mother of Sammy, and Jack Taylor, a newspaper columnist and father of Maggie, are both divorced. They meet one morning when overwhelmed Jack is left unexpectedly with Maggie and forgets that Melanie was to take her to school.

This wall is my second response to image challenge 6 on Lost Fandoms. You were allowed to make whatever you wanted but the base image had to remain the focal point of the artwork.

As my second entry for topic challenge 1 on Lost Fandoms I selected Freaky Friday with Mark Harmon. I adore this film and in all honestly, any and all versions of it. :D What can I say? I'm easily pleased. LOL. When creating this piece I tried to project a 'freaky' feel to it, so I played with the colour tones and layout accordingly. I hope you'll like it.

If you're not familiar with this movie here's a quick summary: Dr. Tess Coleman and her 15 year old daughter Anna are not getting along. One Thursday evening, at a Chinese restaurant, they both read a fortune that switches their bodies and minds. The next morning, their Friday gets really freaky when Tess and Anna find that they have switched bodies. I think this works for the prompt 'supernatural happenings' so I'm using it on my round 9 bingo card. :D

For my first entry (as I hope to make more) I selected The Parent Trap with Dennis Quaid as Lesley set the topic this month and he was her choice of actor. I really enjoyed re-watching this movie so I could make the wall. It was a lovely trip down memory lane.

As the subject is rather fitting to the prompt 'siblings' I've decided to use this for that square on round 9's Bingo card.

This wall was created in response to episode challenge 1 on Lost Fandoms. Season 5's episode "Kukaʻawale" (Stakeout) from H5.0 was designated the 'episode of the month' by Antares.

I've decided to use this for my 'writing, text & quotes' square on round 8's Bingo card.

I’m not familiar with this show at all so I have no idea how ‘off the mark’ I am with this one; hubby tells me it’s a bit like Buffy so I went with that theme. *shrugs*

I've decided to use this as my 'co-workers' square for round 9's Bingo card.

I made this wall a while ago and have just realised I've never posted it here.

Here's a belated birthday wallpaper for [livejournal.com profile] 0_lily_0. The artwork contains spoilers for 4x07 so I've used a teaser image below.

Here's your MOTW wallpaper [livejournal.com profile] siriala. I've posted a dark and light version because I wasn't sure which one I preferred.

I'm not very happy with the blending on this wall, but I've tweaked with it long enough and its not improving *sigh*.
