I’m 2 months late at reading this. Sorry! For what’s worth after so many weeks, I use Windows 10 and the latest Photoshop CC just fine. I pay an yearly fee for the Photography plan, that let me run their software in 2 computers at the same time. I use it under Windows 10 on my desktop and under MacOS Sierra on my laptop (Macbook pro). I use Procreate on my iPads Pro. Also have Affinity on them but haven’t tried it yet.
As of what other software I use under Windows 10: Filter Forge and LucisArt, VLC, ImgBurn, Handbrake, Irfanview, CCleaner, Duplicate Cleaner Pro, Chrome, Avast Internet Suite, Malwarebytes’ Antimalware... I’m sure I’m forgetting about some but I’n not at home so I can’t check my desktop.
