Icons made for Round 71 on tvcharacter20. For those of you unfamiliar with the series, dime novelist Ernest Pratt assumes the persona of his noble literary hero, Nicodemus Legend, and roams the Old West with his scientist friend Dr. Janos Bartok.

Brown: The main coloring of your icon should be brown.
Guess Who: Crop your character in a way that it would be hard to tell who they are. This can be done by cropping or showing your character from the back.
My mood: Icon your character emoting the mood you are in when you make your set.
Silence: Icon needs to show your character not talking.
Two toned background: Your background of the icon should be two different colors. You can do various shades of the same color such as light blue and dark blue.

Oooh, these are nice! I think I vaguely remember hearing about this show but not sure I ever saw it. It would have appealed to me for sure, but maybe it never got to the UK. (Kind of a Wild Wild West vibe?) I love all of these, especially the timeline, the shut-eye one of the Guess Who> (blissfully pretty and actually quite recognisably RDA when you know it's him!) and the gorgeous colours of the desert-y, sunset ones. Fab work!

I don't think it aired in the UK either but being a huge RDA I found a way to see it LOL. It came out on DVD earlier this year so now I have nice, clean versions of it. It's very tongue in cheek. :D

When I looked at the icons a few days ago, I thought: "Hey, that guy looks like MacGyver in one of these old western episodes."
I just realised now (*shame on me*), that it's indeed RDA and that's why he looked so familiar. *lol*

And now I've got to check out this show. Thanks for that! :D

LOL. You're right, it is RDA. He's made a point of saying over the years that Legend was the most 'fun' character he every played, and you can certainly see why in this show. It's very tongue in cheek humour. If you're an RDA fan, it's definitely worth a watch. I hope you enjoy it!

Oh, I AM a fan of him, that's why I'm so ashamed I didn't recognise him at first and don't know the show (yet). ;)
RDA was my first ever celebrity crush when I was a teenager, and MacGyver my most favourite tv show in those days. He also was the main reason I started watching Stargate back then. :)

I've been a huge RDA fan for years. I first saw him in MacGyver and started following his career ever since, and thanks to the net and fellow fans have got footage of him from his earlier days in GH and Seven Brides etc. As I said, big fan LOL.

Lovely icons as always. For some reason, Artist's Choice #5 is my top fave.

I bought the Legend DVD while on vacations in the States last August. I haven't watched it yet, but I'll be nice to have the episodes in a nice quality for a change.
