Gen Bingo - Nostalgia - MacGyver

I don't know why I selected this as my first square coz as an angst junkie I really struggled to think of a nice, happy, nostalgic moment. After pondering way more than I should have I settled on MacGyver and used the opening scenes of Hell Week. In this episode an old mentor of Mac's asks him (as a previous winner) to judge the annual physics competition called 'Barricade'. Of course it's never that simple and trouble ensues but I stuck to the parameters of the prompt and focussed on the one scene and resisted the temptation to play with the remainder of the episode. :D

Lovely work! It's been probably a decade since the last time I watched MacGyver, but I do have the complete show and movies on DVD. I should watch it again... but right now I'm too obsessed with White Collar, and enjoying the current Fall season with new NCIS, Criminal Minds, etc *g*

Thanks! I still have to get the movies on proper DVD. I only have tv versions at the moment. *shame on me*.

I imagine White Collar will take up lots and lots of your time LOL..and yes, YAY for the new seasons starting. :D
